Eligibility Requirements:
* Applicants must be women who are legal residents of Delaware and U.S. citizens or eligible non-citizens.
* Applicants must enroll in a public or private nonprofit college in Delaware as an undergraduate student in the upcoming academic year.
* Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
* Applicants must file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
Criteria:
* 50 % Financial need
* 50 % Community and school activities (vision, participation, and leadership)
Award:
* Two awards of $2,500 for one year.
* Recipients may reapply annually.
