* Legal resident of Delaware
* High school seniors who rank in upper quarter of class
* Combined score of 1800 on the SAT
* Enrolled full-time at the University of Delaware
Award:
* Full tuition, fees, room, board, and books at the University of Delaware
* Renewable for up to three additional years with a cumulative GPA of 3.0
* One award/year
