PURPOSE:
To assist graduating high school seniors and adult learners, who are sons and daughters of members of Teamster Union Local 407, and who meet specific criteria, finance their education.
ELIGIBILITY:
* Student applicants must be members, or sons or daughters of a member in good standing of Teamsters Union Local 407.
* Students who are eligible to apply are current high school graduates.
* Students selected to receive awards for this scholarship must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.5 upon graduation from high school. To continue their scholarship award throughout the upcoming academic year, students must maintain a 2.5 cumulative grade point average and full-time (minimum of 12 credit hours) enrollment status in a four-year accredited college or university or two-year community college.
