Eligibility Requirements
* Legal resident of Delaware
* High school seniors who rank in upper half of class
* Combined score of 900 on the SAT
* Enrolled full-time at the University of Delaware or Delaware State University and majoring in the humanities or social sciences program of study. Preference will be given to political science majors.
