This scholarship is to provide ten one-year, $4,000 scholarships for Traditional students and two $2,000 scholarship of Non-Traditional students, who demonstrate academic leadership potential. The traditional must be nominated by a parent, legal guardian or foster parent who is a current employee of the City of Cincinnati. The non-traditional students must be an employee with the City of Cincinnati. The non-traditional student can attend an UNCF institution or Non-UNCF institution.
