The Finger Lakes Finns is offering two awards of five hundred dollars ($500) each to support and encourage two promising scholars in our area who are of Finnish heritage. This award is for area high school seniors, payable upon successful completion of the first year at an accredited institution of higher learning.
CRITERIA
* U.S. citizen of Finnish heritage
* High school senior, with preference for students enrolled in a Central Finger Lakes school
* Accepted for admission to an accredited institution of higher learning
* Demonstrated interest and involvement in school/community activity
