The Gary Groves Memorial Scholarship is provided by the Clarksville Jaycees in memory of Gary Groves, a local businessman who was a leader in the organization. The $3,000 annual, one-time award is provided to a freshman athlete who attended a high school in Montgomery County. A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required.
