Eligibility Requirements
* Legal resident of Delaware
* High school senior who ranks in the upper quarter of class
* Accepted for first-year, full-time study at Delaware State University
* Combined score of at least 1350 on the SAT
* Minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.25 in college preparatory curriculum
* Financial need
* Must file Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
