Eligibility Requirements:
* Must be a member of General Teamsters Local Union 326 or a member's dependent child who is a high school senior.
* Must demonstrate scholastic ability, good character, and qualities of leadership and be in the top 15% of high school graduating class.
* Must enroll in a degree-seeking program at a regionally accredited college. Non-academic or certificate programs are not eligible.
