The Minnesota School Counselors Association (MSCA) and TCF Bank Minnesota have created the MSCA/TCF Bank Scholarship Program to assist students with their post-secondary education.
Students who meet both of the following criteria are eligible to apply:
1. The student must be a senior attending a public or private high school in Minnesota.
2. The student will attend a post-secondary educational program (i.e., college, technical college, or trade school)
