This grant is given to a foreign student for one year's maintenance while doing graduate work for a Master's or Doctoral Degree in mechanical engineering in the U.S. under the Fulbright Program. Applications for that Program must be obtained from and filed with the local Institute of International Education (IIE) Office or the Education Office at the U.S. Embassy in your home country. IIE will send a copy of the application to the Rice-Cullimore Scholarship Committee.
Other Requirements:
* Selection based on academic performance, character, need and ASME participation
* Must be enrolled in U.S. school in an ABET accredited Mechanical Engineering Department.
* No student may receive more than one Auxiliary Scholarship or loan in same academic year.
