The Robert C. Byrd Scholarship is an invitation-only scholarship for high school seniors who demonstrate outstanding academic achievement and show promise of continued academic excellence.
Eligibility
To be eligible, you must meet the following criteria:
* Be a high school senior at the time of application;
* Graduate from a public or private high school or earn your GED certificate;
* Be a U.S. citizen, national of the United States or permanent resident;
* Be a Washington State resident; and
* Have applied or been accepted for enrollment at a university or college.
