Awarded to an outstanding Sigma Phi Alpha member applicant pursuing a graduate degree in dental hygiene or a related field. Applicants must include a statement of professional activities related to dental hygiene and recipients MUST submit a manuscript to the ADHA for publication. Applicant must demonstrate a cumulative dental hygiene grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.
