The application must include name and contact information, background details, academic details, and a short, original, previously unpublished written response to the scholarship topic, "Create a 'top ten list' of the craziest or most unique scholarships you have heard of, and briefly describe each scholarship." (Note: The scholarships may be real or fictional.) The written response must be in English, with correct spelling and grammar, and must not exceed 250 words.
Limit one application per person. Students must be 13 years of age or older at time of application, and must be currently enrolled (or plan to enroll no later than fall 2014) in an accredited postsecondary institution of higher education in the United States.
