One (1) $2,500 award will be given to a full-time civil or arcitectural student who is currently/will be doing masters-level work in a university in one of the following states: ALASKA, DELAWARE, HAWAII, IOWA, MARYLAND, MINNESOTA, NEBRASKA, OHIO, TEXAS, and WISCONSIN.
